Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) carefully. Lajoy Ltd. is a Limited Liability Company that owns and operates the Goodr.io website and associated sites ( “Sites” or “Site”). Throughout this Agreement, “we,” “our,” and “us” means Goodr unless otherwise indicated

Updates to this Agreement

We may revise this Agreement at any time. By your continued use of the Sites, you agree to be bound by future revisions. If we make a material change to this Agreement we may post an advance notice on the Site.

The Organization

Participating Organizations are registered 501(c)3 organizations. They have Identified the goods and services they need for their beneficiaries and organization, and are therefore in charge of communicating the intentions of the donations to the Donor. It is the organization's responsibility to ensure the goods are allocated appropriately according to their campaign's intentions.

The Donor

Anyone can donate! The donor shall receive a donation receipt for all contributions and will be included in the delivery emails to ensure full transparency through the process.

The Contributions | Campaign

All contributions are processed with Wix and/or Paypal software. Contributions will be held in our account until the Campaign has reached its goal. At that time, contributions will be transferred to the vendor who will fulfill the order. All contributions made through the website include fees i.e. platform and shipping and handling. Platform fees help us keep the platform functioning and moving forward.

The Vendors

Vendors are chosen by the Organization and set the price of the goods and is responsible for communicating the price and any fees upfront.

The Information

Information is kept safely to the best of our ability. Organizations will be given order information to include order number, name, email, contribution, and zipcode to keep in their records and utilize for future marketing and thank you campaigns.
